Bill Minnis - Chief Scientist

With over 40 years experience in theoretical and practical psychology, Bill is responsible for defining the science used in 7 Billion People's products.

As a practicing behavioral scientist, Bill spent years observing the effects of language on people and their behaviors. In the 1980s, he specialized in the emerging science of linguistics and began to extend, refine and develop those ideas specifically around the use of language and resultant buying behaviors.

As founder of Performance Advantage, Inc. a consulting and training company, Bill provided services to Fortune 500 companies enabling them to better communicate with their customers through face-to-face sales and traditional marketing techniques. These customers saw increases in top-line revenues ranging from 10-150%.

Bill is now adapting these proven methods to Internet communication via his involvement in 7 Billion People.
